Established in 2011, VNCS is one of the member companies of Hanoi Telecom Corporation - a leading telecommunications and information technology provider in Vietnam. Vietnam and is also the investor, establishment, development and management of Vietnamobile mobile communication network with partner Hutchison Telecom.
