VNCS – VNCS Global officially launches the VNCS Cybersecurity Talent Program 2025, offering a golden opportunity for tech-savvy students who are eager to challenge themselves and lay a solid career foundation in one of the leading cybersecurity environments in Vietnam.

This is not just a training program for 3rd or 4th-year students majoring in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Networks, etc. It’s an accelerated career roadmap carefully designed by VNCS and VNCS Global to help students become future core personnel – true Cybersecurity Warriors equipped with both skills and expertise. Upon completing the internship and meeting performance expectations, candidates will have the opportunity to become official employees at VNCS – VNCS Global, one of Vietnam’s top cybersecurity companies.

VNCS Cybersecurity Talent Program 2025 is the first elite internship program organized by VNCS – a pioneer in the field of cybersecurity in Vietnam – exclusively for students passionate about cybersecurity who want to gain real-world experience, access modern technologies, and build a solid career path right from university.

The 6-month program (expected from May 27, 2025 to November 27, 2025) is professionally designed with 2 phases:

Phase 1: Onboarding (2 months)
You will undergo intensive training and mentoring at VNCS – where you’ll get hands-on with leading global security solutions and understand how real-world cybersecurity products and services are operated.

Phases 2-3: Real-world practice (4 months)
You’ll choose one of two roles to explore through real project involvement:

• SOC Analyst – monitoring security, analyzing events, and incident handling

• Pentester – conducting vulnerability assessments and simulating cyberattacks.
  Each role lasts 2 months, helping you gain a clear picture of real-world work and identify your ideal career path.

• Experience international-standard workflows in one of Vietnam’s leading cybersecurity companies
