On March 30–31, 2026, the Board of Directors, key managers, and sales teams from VNCS and VNCS Global gathered in Ha Long (Quang Ninh) for the VNCS RISE 2026 – Executive Leadership Summit: Built Together – Rising Further.

 

 

More than just an annual event, VNCS RISE serves as a strategic platform to strengthen connections, align leadership perspectives, and enhance collaboration across the entire ecosystem.

 

VNCS RISE – A Journey of Connection and Renewal

 

The journey from Hanoi to Ha Long set the tone for an open and engaging environment, allowing leaders and managers to step away from their daily routines, connect on a deeper level, and foster stronger relationships. Building on this foundation, key members of the organization reflected on past achievements while shaping a clearer direction for the road ahead.

 

The highlight of the program was the Executive Leadership Summit, where strategic discussions were shared with openness and depth. During this session, the CEO and Deputy CEO provided a comprehensive overview of VNCS’s 15+ year journey—from its early days pioneering cybersecurity in Vietnam to its current position within the regional ecosystem.

 

More importantly, future strategic directions were clearly articulated, enabling leaders and managers to better understand their roles within the broader organizational vision and empowering them to actively contribute to the company’s next phase of growth.

 

Following this was the talk show “Have a Sip”—an open and engaging dialogue where managers and sales teams shared real-world experiences, market insights, and constructive ideas. By removing the traditional gap between leadership and frontline teams, the session encouraged honest, multidimensional discussions, strengthening mutual understanding and reinforcing alignment across the organization.

 

 

The evening concluded with the minigame “31-Olopa”, a creative strategic simulation where participants took on the role of leadership, making decisions in scenarios where the organization faces future challenges. Through this interactive experience, participants not only enhanced their strategic thinking and decision-making skills but also gained deeper insights into the complexities of leading an organization in a rapidly changing environment.

Beyond strategic discussions, the program also offered relaxing experiences at Muong Thanh Luxury Ha Long and Hilton Onsen Quang Hanh, providing participants with opportunities to recharge and continue building connections in a more informal setting.
